The property comprises 32 luxury bedrooms, seven upmarket Conference Venues, the Pure Day Spa and Wellness Centre, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pools and a Gym.

Owners Russell and Gisela Rathbone, who established the Guest House in 2005, are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. Assisted by a staff compliment of thirty, their hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that high levels of service are always met.

We welcome Samantha Kemp to our Front Desk team, who joins us in her new position as Front Office Co-ordinator. The front desk is managed from 6am to 10pm daily, and there is always a Duty Manager on site, 24-hours a day.

Our head chef, Dane Herringer, heads up a team of accomplished chefs who have guests returning time and again for their culinary delights.

Ruslamere has service partnership agreements with top local professional companies who add value and in-house services such as relaxation and beauty treatments, professional décor experts who turn functions and events into fantastic successes.

Ruslamere also offers Airport transfers, its own in-house chauffeur drivers and personalised bus and car-hire services.
